Default Leclaire to Start-Donovan In

It will be a homecoming of sorts for one of the Senators recent acquisitions as Matt Cullen returns to Carolina to take on his former Hurricane teammates.

Another recent addition, Andy Sutton, will make his Senators debut tonight and will wear #5. He'll be paired with rookie Erik Karlsson to start.

The Sens will be looking to get back on track after what was a lame effort on home ice against the Rangers. The team looked rusty in their first post-Olympic tilt and will want to put in a much better effort in Raleigh.

Here are the lines from the skate this morning...

Michalek-Spezza-Alfredsson
Regin-Fisher-Kovalev
Shannon-Cullen-Neil
Ruutu-Kelly-Donovan

Phillips-Volchenkov
Sutton-Karlsson
Carkner-Lee

Filip Kuba will not play tonight but could be ready for the game on Saturday. Andy Sutton will take his spot in the line up for now. Shean Donovan takes the spot of Jesse Winchester on the 4th line.

Pascal Leclaire gets the start in the Ottawa goal.

Either way, you are gonna lose, LeClaire is starting, I predict 8-2 for Carolina.

Whoops, my bad. I went on the Senators website and they are showcasing the Leaf game on their main splash when it has always been the upcoming game.

Hopefully, we need this guy on track if we expect to make it deep into the playoffs
