As I was driving into work this morning, and flipping through the radio stations, I heard something odd...and a little confusing. They had mentioned the trade deadline coming up, and Spezza's name came up as a rumour to be moved out to the west in a possible trade. WHAT? Anyone else hear this?

Ever since Spezza signed that contract he has been the subject of trade deadline speculation. I would keep my salt handy when I hear these rumours.

I think that hit showed a lot of fans how much Alfie loves the Sens and loves the game. He had a third degree torn MCL. I don't even think he was supposed to be walking, yet he put on the skates and played. Oh, and he was one of our best players too! He was supposed to be out for two months, yet he only missed a week and a half (4 games).

I will never forget that game he broke his jaw, and came back out because the Sens had managed to get it to OT.

Then he took 1 game off and was right back the game after. It was a BROKEN JAW! That would have hurt him every single time someone made body contact with him.

Or this year how he came back earlier than expected and put up four goals in two games after he hadn't scored in 14 previous games he was in.
