how has this team been doing? i like the capitals, and i'm pissed because since my family moved, we get like no hockey channels and i haven't been up to speed with this years hockey season:/

They've been the best team in the NHL this year. They clinched the Southeast Division well before any team clinched a playoff birth. They had a 14 game winning streak at one point which was snapped by the Habs. I think at the same time they had a 16 game point streak, snapped by the Sens.
