I still think the Vancouver Canucks will win the Northwest division this year and will make it to the Western Conference Finals, maybe even further (Cup finals?)

I said this before the pre-season and I'll say it again, Vancouver is Canada's best chance at bringing the cup home. Tremendous depth, great goaltender and a solid defense group when healthy.

There's always a lovefest around Vancouver all season long and then... I used to like them too before I figured that one out.

I'm sure everyone is pretty aware the Canucks can do some damage in the playoffs, maybe they're like the Sharks and are just playoff underachievers... maybe they'll change that this year (and I really think they'll be able to do that this year).

To be honest, I don't expect the Stanley Cup for the Sens anytime soon either.

As I said a couple posts down, it's the same for all Canadian teams, and the Canucks have some of the most irritating fans and much higher hopes than any other team it seems.

And I said I liked them, I was never a fan.
