Sorry guys, I didn't realize the game was at 7:00..and this wasn't done yet. So here it is..no fancy stuff!!

SENATORS (37-28-5) AT THRASHERS (29-29-11)

Last 10: Ottawa 3-6-1; Atlanta 3-5-2.

Carkner has been nursing an injury and hasn't been practising of late (per Don Brennan)

Fisher will play tonight.

Elliott is also confirmed as the starter. I'm a bit surprised that Clouston is not giving this one to Leclaire.

While I'm listening to Gary Galley go on about the production of Afinogenov & Antropov.. I wonder if the Kovalchuk trade relieved some pressure from that team. They are playing well lately and I'm sure alot of people saw the K trade as a "throwing the towel" type of message..but the team is not playing like such. And as much as I said last night, the Sens are only 5 points over 8th..Thrashers are only 5 pts out. Still very much in the mix...
