Haha, I would LOVE that! But I love my job here, and it would be tough to leave it.

Can't be certain now. Hopefully it is and Elliott bounces back into his pre-Leafs shape. (both him and Leclaire weren't too good that game)

Well, this gives Elliott a chance to redeem himself. Rather than sitting him out and causing him to doubt himself.
I know that earlier I said once Elliott loses a game he should get some rest, but I think a chance to bounce back is very important. If he has another bad night tonight, then he can take some time off and give Leclaire a chance to come back.

I don't give Elliott the full blame for that game. The Schenn goal was bad, but the defense didn't show up.

Exactly.
The biggest reason the Sens had a good defensive record was because they were only allowing shots to the outside. They were very effective at boxing out the attackers and clearing any rebounds. That didn't happen at all Saturday.

This may be just a "BS", but there was also the "Brendan Burke incident".....I don't think the sens exactly lost on purpose, but most of there goals were soft ones (especially the Schenn goal) that Elliot NEVER let it in for the past 11 game wining streak.
Campoli goal was just sad...whether Elliot tried or not, it would have went in anyways...
But I'm sorta happy that the leafs played their heart for the Burke family...I wasn't really mad after the huge loss.

Actually, if Campoli missed that, i think it would have not been a goal cause Campoli was the last person to touch it and he was the farthest person from the rest of the play.
Also, with our defence, i expect a Flames win.

I meant that Campoli goal was impossible to stop, even if Elliot tried.
Our D hopefully gets better...we have on 11 straight. Our D isn't actually that bad if you think about it.
Lets hope Kuba, Campoli, and Picard plays better.

We should let Leclaire start the game off and then see if he's back in his mojo and if he gives up too much goals then make him backup for Elliot

if our defence plays better tonight we win. Period. elliot is a stellar goalie, our future No. 1, and hes showing us not what he can do for us. Why sit him? play him again like someone said earlier. if he does bad take him out but if he does good then his confidince will be sky high again and thats what we need. because a goalie with good confidince is a goalie who wins IMO. because he doesnt shy away from taking away the angles or coming out of the crease, and DOESNT do to much guessing, like leclaire has been doing lately. too much guessing not enough skilling
