The past summer has been great for rock music fans as it has seen the release of great albums from Our Lady Peace and Alexisonfire. Billy Talent has also released a good album and a band that I wasn't necessarily a fan of before (Mariana's Trench) released an album that impressed me. And of course we cannot forget the discovery of the band After Midnight Project by our super Mod Sens Devil. But...

So after a long wait (for me at least) Our Lady Peace released their new album "Burn Burn" on July 21st. And as usual it doesn't disappoint. I have to admit it does sound a little different than their older stuff, maybe a little quieter but it's still nothing short of pure amazing.
