Default Salary cap raised; CBA extended
Salary cap has been raised 5% (almost 3 million) and the CBA has been extended for another year.

It's from Eklund, I know his reputation, but he seems certain about this. It was expected the cap raise by about the same amount anyways, so I'll believe him on this one. 3 million will benefit the Habs.
