Autographs Through the Mail
Just got these signed 8x10 photos back today from one of my favourite hockey players who isn't a Senator, Mr. Matt Duchene!
I was nearly heart broken when I saw the bubble envelope slightly bended in my mail box even though I wrote "Please Do Not Bend" on both sides but thankfully I had a piece of cardboard inside and the photos are fine.

I remember getting some Naslund and Bertuzzi autographs through mail back when they were Canucks, cool feeling.

You have to send something for the athlete to sign (cards or photos work very well), a brief letter and a self addressed stamped envelope. If you send your package to the team's arena addressed to the player it will be forwarded on but not all players will sign.
Here is a list of Ottawa Senators that I have read other people have had success with this year,
Nick Foligno
Chris Kelly
Milan Michalek
Chris Neil
Peter Regin
Jarkko Ruutu
Ryan Shannon
Jesse Winchester
Matt Carkner
Erik Karlsson
Filip Kuba
Brian Elliott
Pascal Leclaire
I assume you live in Canada so that means you will only be able to send to Canadian teams as the self addressed stamped envelope will have a canadian stamp. The reason I was able to send to Duchene was because he was doing a hockey program near his home town in Ontario during the Olympic break.

Buy 2 bubble envelopes, one larger then the other. The smaller one will be your return envelope for the player to return your items, address it to yourself and make sure to have postage on it. Keep your letter that you write him short and sweat.
Here is the address that you can use for Spezza,
Jason Spezza
c/o Ottawa Senators
1000 Palladium Drive
Ottawa, Ontario
K2V 1A5
Be prepared to wait a long time for Spezza to respond, probably around a year.
If you need a 8x10 photo let me know and I will send you a hi-resolution file that you can print out at a Kodak machine which you can find at Walmart.

Could try his mailbox. His address is well known, was all over the papers when he purchased the most expensive house in Ottawa; Stone Manor.
but really, c/o the area is your best bet.

I asked if he could write "A-Train" on that photo, so it's cool to see that he actually read my letter. That's Tavares he is stream rolling over BTW!

I'm pretty sure Spezza either sold the Stone Manor home or is trying to so I wouldn't try there.

The white Sens jersey with the S-wing is totally cool.
I wish we could go back to that jersey, or at least the side profile Senator.
You don't see Chicago trying to make a 3D Indian head
